NEW UPDATE on the Injustice

The dogs are safe for now, as they have been moved out of town but Tom still has a battle to wage. He sold his crew cab at half the value to raise the funds to get the dogs to safety. He is now going to take all the equity out of his house so he can "turn up the heat with the lawyer and the appeals courts". Tom thinks when all is said and done he will be $100K in debt. The reason for all of this? In Tom's own words:

I really would have rather put the money to better use, but damn it, they are not going to do this to me or anyone else ever again.The strong must defend the ones who are not strong enough to defend themselves....

While in the Navy Tom defended the people of this country from wrong doing now he is just doing it on a smaller scale.

Thank-you for the emails you have sent to Sean Carroll on behalf of Tom and his dogs. Sean has stated that he was receiving 100 an hour and he might or might not help Tom.

Meanwhile, Tom is looking for fosters for his dogs while the case is appealed. If you live near Rochester NY (or know someone who does) and have space for a few short term, smaller foster dogs please let Tom know by messaging him at his myspace account.

I have them set up in 2's and 3's. I'll cover all expenses.

Subject: Please read, i'm going to jail

Some of you may know what is going on with my dogs and me.

Perinton town justice Thomas klonick intends on sending me to jail , seizing my dogs and disposing of them as he sees fit.This has been a long running issue.Last April , I was charged with a violation of the animal control ordinance, which states you can only have 4 dogs , UNLESS you have met the requirements for a kennel in the town of Perinton.

Perinton , HAS NO SUCH REQUIREMENTS !!!The dogs are licensed, UTD on shots, healthy and WELL cared for.

This basically boils down to the judge and town code enforcer, John Beck, being pissed because I will not kiss their asses.The town has tried to search my house 3 times , WITHOUT a search warrant.I will not allow that.

I believe the judge intends on putting my dogs to sleep and basically bankrupting me to prove his point as stated in a letter from their attorney.

I have committed no crime, no cruelty, nothing!!

I have contacted channel 13's Sean Carroll about bringing this to light.I'm not sure if they will because Thomas Klonick is a very powerful person around here.His wife is a state supreme court judge and he heads the Judaical ethics review board. These people thing we are servants and they can do whatever they want.

I have tried to file an appeal, but Judge Klonick will not allow it, his ruling , he says is final. He has basically wiped his ass with our constitutional rights.

I need some help, contact channel 13 and tell them you want this story to be heard. After the dogs are gone , any appeal or over ruling will mean nothing.

Klonick will not be able to break the law , as he has done , with the whole world watching, that is why I need the news stations there.

This is not a joke, It is dead serious. He wants to kill my innocent , healthy dogs, to make a point that he is ALL POWERFUL....
