Stu has been held for 4 yrs. He has an owner who loves him and wants him back. Stu now has his own lawyer but as many comments as possible are needed to save Stu's life as they have set his kill date as July 23 2009

What is going on with Stu?
Stu will not be euthanized BUT but he is still in jail. The LA city council needs to have a meeting to change some of it's rules/laws before Stu can be released from his prison.
